TIL: ~/.gem/bin

I use Ubuntu Snap to install Ruby on my development machine (because it’s easy), and today I learned that the gem binaries are installed in ~/.gem/bin.

That means I just need to add this to my PATH to use the binaries. I had to do this to get the syntax_tree gem executable to be found by VS Code.
